We ship through USPS, FedEx and UPS to ensure quality delivery in a timely manner. We are not liable for shipping delays as it is out of our hands. We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. We are not responsible if shipping companies lose the product but will work with the shipping company to get your a replacement.
